Rotation Noise..?? Help!

Hey guys,

Well, today we had a heatwave in Pittsburgh. So obviously, the windows went down. But after doing this, I noticed a weird noise that I never noticed while the windows were up.

The noise is kind of a rubbery noise. Hard to explain. But the sound depends on the speed. If you're just rolling along slowly (parking lot speed), it'd be steady. If you'd be coming to a stop, it also comes to a stop at the same rate. At speed, accordingly. It's kind of a wher wher wher wher kinda noise. I especially noticed it from the drivers side, but it also appears to be coming from the passenger side as well. Obviously some type of rotational issue, and in the hub, etc. And no, it's not brakes.

What could the issue be? I've never worked on axles or anything before, so I have no clue how to diagnose this. The car is a 2.4, and is on FE5 t/c's with B&G springs. Stock everything else steering/suspension-wise.

Thanks!
