I just got my cobalt back together, and it ran PERFECT even with the canned tune for about 200-400KM then it all went to hell. It is running lean off and on, then rich...then my gauge will pick up a slight misfire etc. My list of mods are in my sig. I got the zzp can tune too. I checked for vac leaks and could not find any...the only spot I can figure is maybe where my meth boost switch is tapped in, which by the way I think is faulty from the factory because I have yet to get my meth working, but that's another topic.

I have also gotten the p1133 code and p0133 code.

 

Sounds like you have a bad O2 possibly. That would cause all of the issues. Does the car run ok aside from being lean? You could have an exhaust leak before the sensor as well.

 

The runs ok until it goes lean you can feel it misfiring. Its also brutal on fuel.

hmmm well damn. I'm assuming you selected that option when you ordered the stage kit.. Every damn soul I know with a zzp stage kit has a lean code so it may be inevitable lol

 

I ran the intake for a year before I got the rest of my kit pieced together. Anyways, I replaced the 02 sensor and still nothing. The car when just cruising around will go lean and stay lean for about 1 min then go away and act normal. Or go right to running rich. I would want to say it's my tune..but I ran it for about 300 km or more with the canned tune and it never acted like this.
