Running lean

So I had the idle issue and the car is coming back to the shop because of it running lean on my 2.4 ssna
Only thing I have done to it is full exhuast by zzp with midllength header with highflow cat cp
And a drop on k and n air filter
I just had the ecm flashed at a Chevy dealer and they said they couldn't figure out why its running lean...
Any ideas?

dodgy sensor (lambda) or damaged when changing or a exhaust leak

put the stock air filter back in. I'm sure upgrading the exhaust and a high flow cat is letting the engine breath a little better than in stock form. Could also be oil on the MAF sensor from the K&N

Ya so engine light came back on, idle is fixed now. Next thing to do is to replace my 02 sensor. I have a new tb and new maf sensor
