Running lean and boost problems

I have been having a issue with my car I was hoping i could get some help with. It started a few weeks ago when I was was driving i noticed the BPV was opening at random times while the car was in vacuum. I shut the car off and restarted it and started driving again and this time I could only make about 5psi and every time I let off the the throttle I would get a flutter from what I thought was the BPV. At this point I thought the diaphragm on the stock BPV had gone so I bought the forge aftermarket one. Took the stock one off and it looked just fine no cracks or anything, put the forge one on anyways with the yellow spring. Started car and same issue only 5psi and fluttering still. Then disconnected battery and started car, drove around and was making full boost and seemed to be running ok but lambda, A/F, and fuel trims were all over the place (I have duel interceptors gauges) STFT would go from -25 to +15 or so but under some throttle would mellow out. Then I shut car down and tired again this time got same flutter and 5psi. Loaded my GMS1 stock tune same issue. Loaded HP tune back same thing. Disconnected battery and went for a drive for about a hour, (with the car making full boost and not fluttering), to see if would throw a SES light, finally got a P2096. At this point I have probable disconnected the battery 15 times with the same results, makes full boost after disconnect with fuel trims all over, shut it down restart and 5psi with flutter until battery disconnecting again.

The P2096 is for the secondary O2 sensor reading to rich.

Have you checked your vacuum tank? or bypassed the vacuum tank and directly connected the bpv line to the intake manifold? Dont leave it directly connected but you can diagnose the bpv directly connecting the line to the intake mani
