Here is the problem. Ive seen it in other threads..but Not sure if its the same thing. My car is fine under normal driving at low speeds. If I floor it..it wont hit more than 5 pounds of boost....it starts to jerk...sometimes it will jerk several times then shoot up to 12 pounds..but once i shift its back to 5psi. On the highway today i couldn't even hit 80mph because i couldn't get the boost up...any ideas what it could be??

 

vaccume leak? or possibly bad boost bypass valve?

 

Well now its getting worse...i cant hit more than 3 pounds of boost....can someone give me some other ideas of what it could be. Im going to replace the filter and maybe the MAF sensor today to see if that does anything
