I was driving home and slammed on the brakes after being cut off by a moron not paying attention when leaving a parking lot and now when i accelerate from a stop theres a gargling sound from the right front... anybody have any ideas what it could be?

A gargling sound? Like big air bubbles through water?

I think you need to lift that corner and check the suspension then pull the tire and inspect the brake system up there.

Like steel said I would get that corner up in the air and first spin the tire by hand to see if you hear anything. Then remove the wheel and inspect. With that sort of sound it could be a bearing or something serious that could potentially make the car dangerous to drive. You should be able to slam on your brakes without breaking anything.
