squeeky sound from motor

i started noticing yesterday that i have a squeeky sound coming from inside the motor it sounds like or maybe in the head, it gets alittle louder and faster when i give it alittle throttle, its not from the belt or anything vibrating from around the motor, and it does it alittle more when im driving then when im just standing still and tapping the throttle, my mods are listed in my sig, can someone give me an idea on what this might be

ok let me add something, its actually more of a ticking type sound that goes with the motor
