I guess if you shove them in there. But I just don't see them fighting right.

a 3mm works just fine. Thats what I used in my 05-06 wheel. the legs of the led slip right into the holes of the old bulb holder. bend the legs around just as the stock ones are. re-install. The ones you posted also work.

It's easier to just buy t3 though. You can buy them on many sites.

Led-switch.com

I looked at the wrong color though. red, yellow, green and orange are sold in various pack sizes. $6.30/25=.25

Warm white, White, blue, purple and pink are $15/25=.60

For the steering wheel they are a T3 neowedge bulb and they pop in and out without any soldering

These are the ones that I got

20X Blue T3 NEO Wedge SMD LED Light Instrument Cluster Panel Lamps Gauge Bulbs | eBay

They come in different colours. If you want to change the ones in the gauge cluster then you have to do some soldering and same with the HVAC from what I know.

ok thanks for the help.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/20x-Red-T3-Neo-Wedge-LED-Bulb-Cluster-Instrument-Dash-Climate-Base-Lights-Lamps-/291224371912?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ce5342c8&vxp=mtr
So these ones should work? i noticed yours where 8mm base but i dont see it on these ones. Im assuming these shoud work.

And also how to you take the controls off? do you just pop them off or is it more complicated than that?

And do these also work for the door switches or no?

Again thanks for all your help!

Yup those will work if your car is a 05-06 for the ones in the steering wheel the to modules are just pressed in and you just unplug it on the back you will see brown black circular objects which are just twisted in. With a small flathead screwdriver just untwist and you just pull the out or tap it out and reverse the process. Ill be doing the doors this weekend but is more or less the same thing.

I bought the same ones and they are junk. They will start flashing on and off during the day and then they will start flickering.

I finally got around to pop out the controls in the doors and all the bulbs are soldered in so these bulbs won't work.

Yep, you need raw LED's. 12v LED's are direct replacements. You'll need both 3mm and 5mm LED's for a complete swap. LED's are polarized so be sure you solder + to + and - to -
