STFT not changing on interceptor

I just got done with a full rebuild of the balt, but from no oil pressure to a cocked CKP sensor, bad MAF sensor and now my car is running way rich, and cant idle, unless I unplug the MAF... I got a canned tune from ZZP. and am running mods as listed:

-ZZP upgraded fuel pump rewire*
-Siemens 60lb/hr injectors*
-BRFPS with in tank regulator ball delete*
-3 in catless DP w/ Hahn full 3 in exhaust
-ZZP Stg 2 Comp SC camshafts*
-ZZP 82#springs with Ti retainers
-Diamond pistons stock 9.5:1 compression with Total Seal rings gapped .020 and .017
-M62 S/C w/ filled silencer holes 2.9 pulley
-LS4 TB*
-ZZP valve cover breather*
-ZZP 3in CAI *

I have smoke tested all vac/boost lines, smoked the exhaust, No leaks. No codes are being thrown. Only thing I notice is the STFT on my interceptor are not fluctuating when running, stays constant 35 and LTFT from 18 to 8?? Is this normal? AFR is constant at 10.1-10.4 and fuel pressure is roughly 40sih If anybody has any clue please chime in. Thanks

Ya none of those numbers are normal, idk about the fuel pressure. Ur a/f at idle should be around 14.7ish ur stft and ltft should be as close to 0 as possible. They look super lean and ur a/f is super rich, which is weird, unless u forgot the - by the stft and ltft. Is it in the - or positive. U got an issue with he fuel system

There is no negative on the STFT and LTFT, misfires when i let out the gas trying to hold the throttle @2k fuel pressure is pretty steady @46ish due to BRFPS, and of course my AFR supa rich.

Could bad gas cause this? I just put 3 more gallons of 93 in though. However i did notice when first cranking idle will be fine then after about 15 secs or so it will start surging, AFR's are the same still, will check the STFT and LTFT immediately after cranking 2 moro and see if there is a difference

Something isnt correct in the tune, maybe its the wrong injectors or the wrong MAF correction table. Seeing numbers that far off I wouldnt be drying it without updating that tune.

Why are you running BRFP on a m62 car?
You could have done 80's and been more than fine.

I am guessing your issue in the in the injector tables.
Do you have HPT?

Odd that no codes are being thrown with fuel trims so out of spec.

Usually if you peg greater than 15-20 over an extended period of time it will throw a code for system to lean or rich.

I bet that zzp canned tune is a main part of the issue.

ZZP accounted for all of those mods?

There is a lot there for a canned tune to handle...

Agreed, between the injectors and the LS4 throttle body it takes some work

ZZP told me it was a good idea, and will be running a TVS and N02 or Meth in the future

No I do not have HPtuners I am trying to source either a tuner around the boston area or get HPtuners pro used from someone.

thinking that ZZP turns off codes or something when they tune for the BRFPS...

This is the 2nd time I sent my PCM in to them, 1st time car would not idle right and would die and shut off, this time is even worse. I am just giving up on the can tune, bc everytime I email them they take so long to respond to me, I think they are avoiding me now. Kind of pisses me off seeing how much business I've given them, but who knows maybe they are just busy and understaffed.

Still using a narrowband for closed loop driving? I recently had a narrowband sensor get stuck and the fuel trims suddenly jumped to +12% across the board because of the faulty output from the sensor. Replaced the sensor with a bosch OE smart link universal narrowband, and fuel trims came right back down to normal. That is assuming this isnt can tune related.
