Okay so ill make this short..

This is the second time this has happend. I filled up the other day and yesterday at exxon and a shell b.c my check engine light came on and it was telling me the system was running lean, but thats not the point of this. I filled up at exxon and shell today and both time i would turn the car on... and turn it off. and as i turned it off the key was to the off position and the motor would run for about 3 seconds then come to a stall.. did this about 5 times befor it stoped..any ideas why this is happening?

 

contaminated gas would be my guess,the pcm is programed to turn off the injectors from what I have read.

 

well if thats true then exxon is **** gas and the bp that i whent too that ive never had a prb befor with is **** gass too cuz it came back on tonight ugh..cars running the same as always

 

Clogged fuel filter?
