Strange noises

So I went to pull on the highway last weekend in 4th and went about half throttle to merge and my clutch slipped like crazy. I was in my aggressive tune (25 psi) so I switched to my light tune (20psi) and while it didn't seem to slip the car had tons of mid range knock when wot. I'm seeing as high as 9 degrees and even when I switch to the low tune I still see a whole bunch of knock. When I'm stationary and the clutch is engaged in neutral, it makes lots of horrible noise like metal on metal and lots of squeals. The car shifts pretty good from gear to gear but when I'm in first at a set of lights and I push the clutch in farther than 3/4 it starts to make a grinding noise when it's close to the floor and it the pedal gets soft near the bottom. One last thing is when I try to get on it a little bit in the low tune and high tune, the car sees a whole bunch of knock and kind of bucks a little bit with a metallic noise coming from the backside of motor/tranny like a ticking but doesn't really sound like real knock. Compression is good across the board, but it is staring to run pig rich (14.2 at idle and 11.5-12 when getting into it a little bit. Can anyone shed some light? Ohh I have a ky stage 3 with 3500miles on it that was put in at the beginning of spring.

Car also seems to buck/stutter the odd time during slow speed acceleration. Makes a tick noise when releasing the clutch in first and reverse and also seems to jerk when giving it a bit of gas or letting off.

Has zero traditional bearing noises as far as the knock knock noises they normally make. The metallic noise only happens in mid range when it shows all that knock on my guage but goes away up top plus it sounds more like the tranny. I'm wondering if my clutch/tranny took a dump and the race gas I've been running lately melted my primary o2 and is giving me skewed fuel trims.

Will do. Just pulled my 02 sensor and it was blue and white. I guess c12 really did a number on it. Did a leak down test as well and all was good except 2 of my intake valves aren't seating completely. They are pretty gummed up. Wondering if the leaky valves could cause knock?

Can anyone else pipe in about KY. Anyone else have a stage 3 go out on them with only 3500 miles on and only 370ftlbs of tq? Doesn't make sense that it would blow apart so soon.
