TAC Codes, Please Help!

Hello, so car is a 2007 SS SC. The other day i was driving home from work and noticed it was starting to run shitty and trying to stall in neutral between shifts. So i got home, the next morning i tried to start it and it wouldn't run, stalls out. I went to work all day with a second car (luckily) and i got home, pulled codes, and i got 2176 which states "Throttle actuator control system idle position not learned". So i tried to start the car and it started fine and idled on it's own for about 5 minutes when suddenly it shut off on its own and engine power reduced message popped up along with engine disabled. So i pulled codes again and got a second one, 2101 "throttle actuator control motor circuit range performance."

Do i need to replace the whole throttle body? Which is what i'm assuming off the top of my head. Just thought i'd ask. Thank you

Update, so today i took off my intake tube piece to the TB and there was water in there!!!! So, i got all of the water out and im gonna clean the throttle body, then clear my codes and go from there. As far as the tb goes, it feels stiff and solid still, and it still sits at the right position when the car is off
