Throwin Some Codes... Help?

So I finally checked the codes I've been throwing since I put on the header/dp and here they are...

P0141 - Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0036 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Sensor 2 ECM, PCM
P0054 - HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

Anyone know how to fix 'em? I cleared them out so we'll see if/when they come back.
Thanks

I dunno, that's what I'm trying to find out. I cleared them off but I'm sure they'll be back.

Replace the rear O2. That's not a cat inefficiency code, something jacked up the wiring and it's just not working.

That combination of codes means you blew your motor. Sorry.

how about you plug in the sensor, if it is, inspect the wiring for damage, if none found, replace o2 sensor.

That combination would indicate that the O2 sensor is either not hooked up, or it has failed completely.

^^Probably totally failed by now. It's been like that since May so it's not really hurtng the car any. But then again my clogged or blown cat right now isn't helping......
