I don't know much about knock... i've searched and read up on it for a while now... but I can't figure out the cheapest on how to get rid of it. I have the Intense Stage 5 kit, and I got it last september. I got an aeroforce guage installed when I bought it. Up until about a month ago I haven't had any problem with knock. It would go up to 1.5 / 2 at the max, but then go right back down to zero and stay at zero when floored. Now when I floor it in any gear my knock reads from 2.5 to 5 constantly. Its making me not want to floor my car and I don't know what to do. Please if anyone knows what I could do for little to no money please help. thanks

 

I think you should maybe reset the tune you have.

 

meth will laugh at that knock and you can even add timing. You are runnign to much timing thats why you are getting knock.
