I've noticed in my 5-speed '05 Pursuit Base, the car seems to hold high revs longer than it should. This is especially apparent when shifting from 1st to 2nd. It's still sometimes kind of a rough shift, and I've already put 10,000km on the car. Other people who have driven it have noted the same rough shift, though. I think I might have heard that this is a common complaint (holding high revs) for Pursuits/Cobalts, but I couldn't remember.

Is this something that anyone else can attest to? Should I take the car in for servicing?

I *thought* there was a TSB out for that...car holding revs longer than it should...someone with more knowledge can hopefully confim this. It's not the tranny, though.
