i own a 07 cobalt ss/sc and every time i shift gears i feel a grinding i think its my synchros please help me understand

 

how many miles? do you drive it hard? is this your first stick shift car? and are you the original owner? is there the correct fluid in it? did it recently get serviced? give us more to work with...

grinding when shifting, with the clutch all the way does sound like syncros to me, try shifting to N than shift to the gear your going into<<<double clutch, but it could me other things, i knwo my friend does it to in his tranny but only his 2nd gear, but he has a bad tranny
