I had the clutch replaced and all was well except for the problem I had before the clutch was changed is still there. I have an annoying squeal that goes away only when I press in the clutch! The TOB got replaced and greased when we did the clutch, so that's not it. Another thing is that the mechanic that put my new engine in 4000 miles ago, left out three transmission bolts! I think that is a direct relation to the problem. Any thoughts?

Could be the Throw Out Bearing has gone bad again, it can happen occasionally. Or the new bearing could have been bad to begin with.
