Warranty Transmission Swap?? Should I go for it??

Ok, so I a 09 SS/tC bout 2 an a half months ago and I'm sittin at about 3800 mi… I took it in once cuz my CEL came on and read out to a MAF malfunction. (happened after I bottomed out goin up a hill…. yea) After 3 weeks of going back and forth with the Service dept and threatening voicemalis from Enterprise rent-a-car, they did replaced something on warranty…. o and I ended up paying $900 to get it out because they saw scratches on the bottom of one of my intake tubes or some ****... anyway, since then my bumper has been off alignment, its a bitch goin into first sometimes and sometimes goin into revers grinds even when I just turn the car on with the Ebrake up. I took it to a local chevy dealership today and chick at the desk said that they have to pull the tray and replace it, BUT I'll only be covered under warranty if I haven't been "racing, driving recklessly or speed shifting(NLS)" I just said ok because I just want **** to be fixed. I haven't been driven 2 crazy, I only hit about 122, and after the first couple days, most of my transitions been pretty smooth… I just don't wanna get screwed on this… again..

Oh, and I got maybe a day and a half to make up my mind

…suggestions??

How are they going to know if you have been racing it or what not? That **** should be covered under warranty.

That's what I'm saying… I just don't want to end up comin out of pocket for a new stock transmission.. I'm about to go pick up my rental in an hour anyway, Ima just let em work on it.
