What do these codes mean?

Well my CEL came on and I took it to autozone and this is what came up.

p0106= the PCM has determined that the input from the manifold absolute pressure sensor or the barometric pressure sensor has changed to much, without a corresponding change in engine operating condition

and p0300= they couldn't tell me what this meant so anyone have an idea?

The misfire code is likely related to the MAP code. Not that big a deal.

Wouldn't drive it any farther than necessary like that though.

Something caused a burp or hiccup in the engine. It's either acuum leak or the connection to the MAP sensor is coming loose or the MAP sensor is going bad.

Clear the codes and go from there. Nothing is going to break anymore than it already is.
