Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

Wierd noise.. Out of nowhere!

What's up guys. This noise just came out of nowhere I got on the highway and once I got to about 65mph this started. It doesn't go away when the clutch is engaged or when it's in neutral. Just gets slightly quieter. And gets a little louder if I give throttle, but then goes away if I wot. If I'm cruising at a steady speed it stays.. It's a faint whining...

Help! Any ideas?

Here is an idea to see if its wheel bearing, drive up to speed , put car in neutral, and turn off car, if sound is still there, most likely wheel bearing

I don't think it's a wheel bearing cause it goes with the rpm of the car ya know. Ill try that though!

So I drove the car and turned it off and the noise doesn't go away. I'm pretty sure it isn't a wheel bearing though. I think it's something in the Trans

I have the ZZP stage 1 trans with LSD. What could it be in the Trans? Roller bearing? It's more at higher speeds (I've 50mph)

Anyone have an idea of what it could be in the Trans? Clutch related maybe? When I push in the clutch while driving the noise stays, until the cars slows down a little then it slowly fades away
