WTF!?! My Linkage BROKE!!

So I was just pulling up to a stop light when I go to down shift in to second and I hear a snap and the shifter goes limp. I knew right away that is was the linkage. So I messed around with it and got it to go into second. I ended up having to drive all the way accross Houston in my car in 2nd gear at about 40-45 mph. Normally about a 10 min trip turned into about an hour and a half. I t sucks well I am putting my stock shifter back in and taking it in on warranty.

That does suck. I hope they don't call it abuse because of racing. Just remember they would have to prove you had raced it.

All I know is my car got taken in to the Dealer and they are refusing to pay for it, because I have an aftermarket clutch. I told them that I only had an aftermarket clutch becuase they would not replace the one that burnt out on me at 10,000.

Listening since my linkage or shifter assembly is messed up. 3rd gear and 5th gear are sometimes bitches to get into. I have the B&M as well. $600 for linkages is just insane!
