I love and hate my ZZP header. I love the gains from it, and it sounds pretty sick. HOWEVER...

The stupid header to DP flange always leaks! I am on my 2nd gasket and its leaking again. FML.

Does anyone know where I can order a good gasket that will last more than 100 miles before it fails again? I love this setup and my flexpipe hasnt snapped off yet (knock on wood), I just need to fix the damn leak.

get it welded. cut the flanges off and welded that **** together

 

they guarenteed for life their ceramic coating... i really dont want to post the thread link i made for that incident... yikes

 

PM it to me then.

I would get it welded but you would think the thing would make a decent seal before they let these things go out on the market.

 

i went through 8 gaskets before the downpipe finally blew out the flange.

 

Im just going to get it welded one of these days.
