I placed the order on Feb 13th. Order was shipped and expected delivery was Feb. 28th. I contacted them about mid March, followed their directions on the site about visiting my local post office as sometimes they hold the package there - no dice. They said to wait until a month past the expected delivery date. So I waited until that next Monday (yesterday) to email them that it hasn't arrived yet, and that day when I got home from work, it was sitting in the mailbox. Communication back and forth was excellent and timely. Customer Service here really shined through when it counted.

I was told that 1 or 2 packages out of 1,000 or so can be withheld by Customs by up to 2 weeks- and that it is very rare that this happens.

All I can say is that the boot is absolutely gorgeous and craftsmanship is above top-notch. Great leather was used and stitch work is superb.

I hear ya on customs. I have a package that shipped Jan 2nd that still hasn't made it through.

 

I love redline goods. They do take their sweet ass time but always worth it in the end. Good thing is they arent vital parts that im waiting for. If i lived where they did id probably give them my car and say have fun haha

Its unfortunate that the products are made in Poland and not in the States, Im sure that doesnt help the shipping speeds at all.
