hey guys...check this out...this kinda pissed me off a little...my address is the same as my last name. "something" Cosson Road right...well...I ordered a stage 3 clutch and fly wheel from ultra rev...well...I get a call a few days later and its says I need to verify my address...okay...i understand that...it does seem weird that my address is the same as my last name...but...I am originally from a very small country town. The reason they named my road cosson road is because the only people who lived on it at the time were "Cossons"....I can't help it I am from a small town in Florida...they do stuff like that...anyway the guy was like "yeah your address is the same as your last name...I told him it was right...he said "that is nice"...and asked me if anyone was going to be there to sign for it...I told him yes...then I was like thank you and that was pretty much it. I got the feeling he didn't believe me... You would think they would have some sort of card verification to check my billing address to see if it matches my card...I guess the only reason I am mad is because this keeps happening over and over again...I even got reported to the police one time for a stole credit card...wtf you know????...they figured out really quick it was a HUGE mistake once I talked to them and got them to check the billing address....online credit card verification can work wonders people...use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...crap you can even map quest my address it pops up as a real place.....use ur resources...this crap pisses me off

 

if it werent for all the problems i wish my road was named after me thats awesome

 

trust me it sucks....If the site doesn't have some sort of credit card verification it sucks for me...I have had soooo much trouble trying to order stuff from online...all I want is my stuff to come in on time :-).

 

WEll they should be able to tell its your card once they run the number cause your name will come up on it. I have had a similar problem as we have a road named after us as well.

 

Wait, was this a problem with Ultra Rev or Rev It Up? Two different places.

never had a problem with them, except they won't let you p/u.... since I live by them... but still got my stuff quick.

 

well I just hope they believed me when I called them back and told them it was right. I need those parts before the 4th of July lol. I payed extra for 2 day shipping for a reason :-P.

 

I think its because a lot of their stuff isn't even in stock. Like my CM Clutch had to come from CA because thats where they are located. When I called Ultra Rev to figure out when it would arrive they had to ask which company to know where it was coming from.

 

yeah they told me my stuff was coming from clutchmasters...I was going to order straight from the clutchmaster website...but I hate using paypal...and from what I could tell that was the only payment method they offered.

 

I went through ultra rev because they have discounts. Please freaking tell me you got the discounts.

 

well...I know it was cheaper when I ordered it from them...if I was suppose to tell them something to get a discount...I didn't do that...If there are other discounts I didn't know :-/

I got my FX400 shipped from CA to OH for $524.

 

I called you just to play it safe, incase you typed in your last name in the wrong line like many of our customers tend to do. I didnt mean to offend you in any way. I just felt if I didnt make the phone call UPS would call us later and say cannot be delivered due to wrong address. Credit card company did match the numbers problem is sometimes they match the numbers but not the street name.

Anyways your stuff are on the way good luck! and sorry for the confusion.
