Stoners FTW.

"So clean and clear, you'll think it's invisible" is how I think it goes.

Hey guys I just got my windows tinted.

Is it safe to use the normal method of window cleaning on the film or are there certain products/chemicals you shouldn't use on tint?

Thanks guys, you are great help for a newb car enthusiast.

i think u give it a week to cure to the window and stick then u can use normal automotive window cleaners. i think vinigar/water is a lil abrasive for tint IMO

If your windows are tinted, dont use anything that has ammonia in it.

Not only does the Invisible Glass and newspaper method work wonders, it doesn't contain any ammonia, so you don't have to worry if your windows are tinted.

This is what my husband swears by, I hate it. I always get massive streaks and it looks like crap. I always use the Armor All Window Wipes.

I use those wipes occasionally, but I always seem to run out of them halfway through cleaning the windows haha. I usually stick to Wondex tho.

Use clean newspaper to dry if you are having problems with streaking. The ink in the newspaper actually helps keep streaks from forming. And no it won't smudge your windows.
