Best product to clean matte black rims?

I still have some leftover Meguiars Hot Rims that I used to clean vintage torque thrust wheels on a 70 Mach 1, but I'm not sure the same product would be good for these matte black rims. What say you cobalt SS community? Also as a bonus, can anyone recommend a good leather cleaner?

Thanks.

I'd try some simple green for the wheels. And a soft bristled brush to knock the dirt off.
