Whenever I wash it after driving even for a bit theres tons of dust and sand and whatever else on my trunk and that area. I noticed alot of little black specs, dunno what they are and after washing its kinda of rough to touch. Should I use a clay bar on this??

clay bar and lots of elbow grease. i get this dirt too, especially after driving in the rain, all the dirt builds up on the back. But I had the little black and almost rust color spots, clay bar seemed to do the best at getting these out. I had to go over it a few times til it was completely clean though

Clay bar the car, that will get rid of the tar problem (little black specs). Last winter I went to my grandparents during a snow storm. After about an hour and a half on the highway I had about 8 inches of snow accumulated on the back of the trunk. I looked really neato so I took some pics.

Try the Turbo Wax, Bug & Oxidation Block, it won't require lots of hard work. It's easier to use than a conventional clay bar. I can usually do my whole car in 15 minutes, admittedly my car is usually pretty clean. Even on a couple of test cars, still it hasn't taken me more than 30 minutes, that's just using shampoo'ed (TW) water. Make sure the water is in a clean bucket. Rinse the block frequently whilst using, and before and after.
