OK and i was assesing this meet on t he 29th, and that track is SO far from my house.

Driving directions to Rockingham Speedway from Kure Beach NC.
139 mi – about 2 hours 49 mins

That is ******* far. Im not making that drive by myself, only way im doing that is if the Jacksonville guys meet up and we drive up there together.

this was a well thought out meet and cruise done by 1badblueberrysc for the 29th so that raleigh members on here could meet up with friends in raleigh from other forums and ride down to rockingham and run our cars on the same day...and it would be great to see as many ss/sc's, ss/tc's, ...and even ls' :cough:: down there as possible.......


1badblueberrysc is bringing his laptop to tune ppl too.....so if u want to see real life before and after results (fkheads excluded) then come run ur stocker...then let him tune you and u'll c the difference......

If your from the east coast and want to go to the track on the 29th, let me know so we can meet up and head there. Drive goes alot faster when ur chillin and following eachother. Last time the jacksonville guys had 2way radios which were a good idea. Keeps you occupied and time passing. also i have been talking to someone trying to put together a smaller club around the town I live in. It seems most of the meets take place about 3 hours from my house. I would like to find some members that live within an hour and maybe do a small meet once a month or so around the wilmington jacksonville area. Doesnt have to just be cobalts, but any tuner car. Just wanna show my **** without driving 3 hours. Dont mind the drive, I will do it every so often, but I just made it in october and this past weekend drove to NY and im just sick of the long drives and mileage on my car. dont forget the 4 tanks of gas it takes there and back.

 

Can't show up on the 29th, gotta work probably. But we will see how it is after i get off work, i'll probably bring the GTI if i go though.

Oh, at the two dealerships in Fayetteville they have: Silver, Yellow, Red SS/TC at one, and Yellow, Black SS/TC at the other.

New to the tuning.. is there a way you can tune the vehicle, to see the difference, and then put it back to normal?

 

^im new to tuning as well, but yea they can reflash it back to ur stock one. Supposedly u only have to do that for warrenty work.
