yes, you should always save a tune to start before doing any changes. You can always re load what you had.

I NEVER once had to change my tune to get warranty work done btw.

hehe i understand.

As I said I went to 5 different dealers while under warranty and had various things done to it. None of them ever knew I was tuned except the one I told because they loved me. Even the dealer that hated me didnt know.

there is a thread dedicated to our dyno day in Feb. You can see the diff between stg2 and stg2 tuned.

Not only hp/tq but the a/f difference too.

that was a bad ass clip

Casey, Austin met up with me this past weekend, he was at the last meet, he has a black 09TC tuned and exhaust. Hes pushin like 20+ pounds boost soley because of the tune. With exhaust and tune he has like 315HP at the crank. I think im gonna go get my **** tuned at national speed when i get some money. Thats where he got his tuned and there nice and local if I need a reflash for any reason. Plus they run about 300 bucks, which is what every1 else is charging.

OH BY THE WAY, SSBallin should be making a new thread soon, but There is going to be a Cobalt meet at National Speed in Wilmington. SSBallin met with guy form national speed and has a good hookup there. We will be trying to promote our East Coast Cobalt club. They said they would dedicate a whole East Coast Cobalt Test-n-Tune day from what I believe SSballin said. $50 for 3 pulls on dyno. They will be grillin food and just hanging out. The place is a gigantic performance shop. Check out their page and the video.

http://www.nationalspeedinc.com/index.php

The meet has no set date yet, it was going to be sometime is like febuary march. We wanted to see when the most guys can make it and set it up for that day. Ull get more info from SSBallin, he has all the hookups

Respond to this in NEW MEET in NC.. Lets work out the date

This past saturday i spent the day at National Speed in Wilmington for there support for autism. I spoke with the personel there and they are really interested in having a cobalt meet at there shop. When we get the day that we wanna do this then i will be letting them know and they will schedule us in and start their own adverstisments for the event. They will be grilling out all day for us and they will be giving a discounted rate on 3 dyno pulls. I will be recieving information and pics from one of their employees for making flyers and advertisments. When we get this worked out we can have representitives from all the surrounding areas do their advertisments specificly to where they are, which helps everyone out so its not just one person trying to spread the word on this.

Heres what we need to do !!! Everyone needs to hash out what day in Feburary or March that everyone can agree on so we can get max people as possible. Everyone let me know when we think we have a date that works for everyone and then i will get this event scheduled.

Awesome, I want this to be big. thats why im asking what date would be the best for everyone, instead of me just throwing a date out there. I want this to be equivilant if not bigger than our first meet at Piedmont.

it will definatly be worth the attempt. We may not get the guys to make the trip from charlotte but maybe we can get more locals. The guys from national speed will be advertising this on thier forums too..so we will just have to wait it out till the day to see who we get. It will be fun either way
