The radar detector works. The speaker on it went out..

I was thinking about taking it apart and seeing if i could take the speaker out and finding one out an old tv or small radio and putting in it. I have never taken one apart and have no idea what i would find in there though.

aight man. if you wantin to keep it and try to fix it thats cool too. im not sure that i can fix it but i have takin things apart to fix speakers before.

No No grasshopper. I was planning on fixing it before my 450$ upgrade. Its destination is the garbage can unless you want it. So just let me know.

that thing has been dogged man..

its got a fart can and it runs kinda sketchy..

but.. as we've proven, black is the fastest color!!!

 

stage one cams on a 2.2 with an intake and full exhaust will eat a ss 2.4 alive thou. just the cams will give me around a 30hp gain. not to bad imo.

 

Kev!! go comp stg2.. the idle is so bad ass with those cams.

 

thinkin bout it adam thinkin bout it... i can get a brand new set of stage ones for 350 shipped or i can get a used set of stage two's for 350 plus shippin. keep i mind that buyin them new from a site will be around 500 shipped for em.

now my only problem with gettin stage two is imma want to up the rev limiter to around 7.5k and imma need to upgrade valve springs and retainers and thats another 650-700 to do. i think i may just stick with the stg 1 for now since i cant afford to to upgrade the rest of the valve train.

 

I drove that car.. It has some serious issues. I wouldnt buy it.
