Well I figured out what was wrong. My amp is screwed up! Me and a buddy of mine hooked my subs to another amp and they worked great. So now I got to get another amp. This SUCKS!!!!!!!

 

Smaller amps dont cost an arm and a leg. Your good to go.
Last amp i looked at was a 1200 rms memphis class d for 225$

 

well the one I was using was a rockford fosgate P300 1. i got a great price when i got it because i knew someone that worked at best buy.
