Ladies and Gents...
2nd annual coby meet. I have been talking to many coby's in the Jacksonville area. For instance we had 9 come out last night at my car club meeting. i would like to spread outside the Jacksonville area.
TIME: 1200
PLACE: Roses parking lot, Western BLVD Jacksonville, NC, near the China Garden buffet.
DATE: SUNDAY AUG 31
ALTERNATE PLACE: Behind Best Buy under the old wood auning, on the Western extension past walmart.
If anyone has any question call me at 910-787-2417.

WHERE: CRAB TREE MALL, RALEIGH NC./PIEDMONT DRAGWAY
WHEN: OCTOBER 19TH 10:00AM
We will meet for a few hours till everyone shows up and then we are going to cruise to the Piedmont Dragway where they are having "Chevy Day" and test-n-tune street legal drags.
The gates open at noon and they run the track from 1-4pm. If you plan to run i suggest you bring a helmet just incase they aren't optional. also bring enough money for food and entry into the track...
As of this morning i have 15 Coby's confirmed showing to the meet.
we'll see you there...

Im there definitly. Dont know if im gonna race a 2.2 lol, but ill be there for the exitment.

awesome, it is going to be a good time. i may run a couple of times and then sit and show for the rest of the time...
hey we are going to be meeting here in Jax around 7:30-8 that sunday morning and then rolling out hwy 24 to I-40 if you want to meet us at the BP station on the Magnolia exit. you can jump in with us and convoy up there...i think i am going to get the wilmington area guys to meet us there. it will take us like 40 minutes to get from here, so it would be around 8:45.

Ok, Im in Raleigh and right down the street from Crabtree mall (where the meet on the 16th is going to be) so if you are driving there let me know, and I can meet you there. There are a few good places to eat around there too.

were getting close to that time of the month. Oct 19th is the day of the 1st state wide meet that i know of here in NC...
so far we have 27+ supposed to be there. Some are meeting at the mall and the rest are meeting at the dragstrip...i spoke with the track manager and he said if we have enough show up they are going to have a whole staging lane roped off just for us. if you have any questions please call me at
