Yeah you need to get that fixxed before it becomes an even bigger issue.

 

I have never had an issue with him. Other than sometimes getting a retune back behind schedule because they get caught up in the other 100 requests he gets every day, I have not had any issues. If you dont like Trifecta, Take TF Tuner out of your Sig, stop trash talking it, get on with your life and send the cable back to Vince.

When ever I run into issues, I try to make it right. And when I have issues about someone who I distribute tunes for. I don't badmouth them on a public forum, I work it out by calling the person, and trying to get it right. Sometimes it takes time to get people right, I have had issues before, but the place to discuss it is over the phone or email.

 

Okay there's nothing right about the passive aggressiveness and it's a little late to make it right. And that's great for you that you don't tell other people. I really could give a **** less what you do though. And I still email him, but considering I still never got a tune when I asked for one however long ago it is now, 3 or 4 months. And this is the AZ bullshit thread where we discuss our bullshit. Seems like a proper place for me to talk about whatever bullshit I want.

That’s fine to express your opinion on whatever you want. But you are not even a TF Authorized dealer. You are making the people who are the real TF Authorized dealers look bad. You are entitled to your opinion; just don't run around pretending to be a dealer and expressing your hate for the company you are pretending to represent.

In short, stop pretending to be a dealer, remove it from your sig, and do what the **** you want.

Well I know for sure you are not a dealer.... Vince himself told me you were not. So you borrowed my cable to reflash someone else’s car. It doesn't make you a dealer. Standing behind your product and trying to make sure the customer gets sorted makes you a dealer. And please don't call yourself a tuner when all you do is loading someone else’s tune that they have designed onto a car. You are only a method of delivery, not the person who does the tuning. If I sold superchips tuners, I certainly wouldn’t call myself a tuner.

There are people up there that are tuners, they do a bit more than "slap a tune on and call it a day." You should know, you have a good one that’s been trying to get your car sorted for some time. Take that however you want it, I am just irritated with all the TF Bashing when Vince has gone well out of his way to try to get you sorted short of coming down here and trying to see what’s going on with your car. Remote tuning isn't easy and all the bashing just gets a little old.

Idk if I called myself a 'tuner' or not, but if I did I meant it as the person who distributes the tune... I never said I made the ******* tune lmao. I just load it.
But you don't know the situation I'm in and the things that he's said to me before so it gets a little old when someone who does have a good experience says that he's tried everything when you know ******* nothing about it! I never said remote tuning was easy by any means... But then again that's not what this is about, you don't what this **** is about because you're not me. Only I and Steve know the situation...
