So remeber the engine I bought a couple weeks ago.. Here's a video of the motor with the valve cover off, the engine is brand new..! Anyways I just started working on, so we'll see how it goes..! Click the picture to watch the video..

He ran the car really low on oil and more than likely wrecked the bearings and who knows what else until its opened up.

Well dyno is being postponed again wasnt paying attention hit a hugh pot hole bent my ic about inch back possible hair line crack on the exit side of the ic will take the bumper off and check it out

Finally got started with Trav's car. Pistons took 2.5 months to getn thanks OTTP/Diamond and the block took a little less than a week to get its new sleeve and bore .010 over. Here are some pictures of the progress.

Yes. Took the first set of pistons 2 months to get to my house. Went to the machine shop to have them hone and put a new sleeve in it but the inside of the sleeves were warped a bit due to heat I am guessing and the outside of them were fine so I had them bore them all over .010 to remove it, which it did. Then had to get larger pistons it took Diamond about 6 weeks, or so, to get them to OTTP (even thought they said 3 weeks) and OTTP took another 3-4 weeks to get them to me. It was a PITA.

Everything is going great so far. Got a good amount done over the weekend. Trying to work on it this week some after work, hasnt happened yet because work is nuts, but I assume 2 more days of working on it to put everything back together slowly. Then another day to get it into the car and hook everything back up and change fluids.
