Arizona BS Thread
As 1LowLS said above, a cat code wont cause this. Usually this happens when a key sensor/equipment fails..

I was showing PSI? que?
Now I'm really not sure what route I will be going with the car...
Got the quote from ZZP down to 11k taking out the trans brake, LSD, their converter, and their 1" chain...
However he quoted me with this:
"If you make a lot of power, you need a very expensive converter to harness the power efficiently. At 450whp, a standard converter would work fine. We would just have to match it with your turbo.
The 7/8" chain will hold up to 400 ft lbs just fine, but if you build a race engine to run at 30psi and 500+ ft lbs, then it will stretch over time."
Idk I guess I'm just worried I'm already pushing the limits on these... And then let's say I do spend the extra money to put in their converter then I would be losing lock up.... Not gonna be driving freeway at 3500RPMs... no thanks.
And if I get the other chain then I lose the ability of overdrive...
I just can't win with this ****.
So right now I'm sitting with take the risk and just get the basic stuff in there since I lose so much otherwise... highest Chris and I could probably get this thing to turn out would be around 400WHP 380WTQ I'm guessing... So i think I should be fine on the limitations, just a little worried.
Or I just rebuild this stupid trans again go down to 8 PSI cut the E85 and save my money up for a used C7 base model in a few years.
Ideas comments concerns phobias...

Your turbo is only capable of 400-450hp I believe efficiently.SO I think you would be perfectly fine with ZZP's stuff.I honestly don't think your torque is close to limit. It's up there in the 3 hundo's for sure though.Think about this...If you drop to 8psi,do you really want to get beat by me again?
There's your motivation.

I would buy your car if it were victory red lol
That color really turns me off for some reason though... no offense meant or anything.
Would definitely have the fastest cobalt in AZ though.
You keep doing stuff to it and making it more expensive though! lol

dont shoot me down for asking a dumb question... does the cooler weather have a factor in why my lean code has come back.... it was gone forever and it is somehow back now all the time. p0171 i believe. (if i remember correctly)
