Went to the track today ran a 15.1 kinda sucked at launching. Well see what happeneds next year wen i get a new clutch.

 

i get some good tires ill be low 13's. Im not to bad of a launcher you could say ,next time we all meet up and ill roll with you mabey i can help you on launching or at least trhow my 2 cents in and you can take what you want from it are we can launch in my car lol

 

Ok sounds good. I'm kinda still getting use to driving standard again.

 

So I think im gonna be going with the modern performance stg4 + clutch the 6 puck. Im hoping to have it done by this year so I can start beating on everyone again. Only thing is im not sure if ill be able to use my nls.....i read somewhere on the forums it will demolish my gears so looking into it

 

a "puck" design on a clutch is MUCH more specific to actually drag racing, Nate. You might want to look into it. It's the reason I went with the spec clutch. And You do more street racing than I do.

 

Which is why I was thinking maybe the 4 puck more for daily driver but im still in the pricing stages all I know is I wanna do it right this time so im not redoing it again later.

 

Did it snow in alb cause in santa fe it did

 

No snow here but freaken cold.......first morning my car was frosted over. How much snow did you get.

And Nate, Once I get enough cash to afford a trip to santa fe, a lift ticket, AND a ski rental, we're gonna do it down and go kill ourselves on the mountain!!!

 

so far i havent looked too much into it. Modern performances reply was use nls just as soon as its break.in period is up. While zzp say do NOT use nls at all. They insist that upgrading to a lighter fly wheel.would be like no lag hardly.at all but that could be a attempt to make another buck ya know...and rusty id be down to try a ski trip always.wanted to try snowboarding.

 

I don't nls, that **** scares me, lol, and I see where they comming from a lighter flywheel would help engine rev quicker = faster boost build, but then again like you said they might be trying to get more $ from you... and I hate snow, I'm prone to accidents as it is, don't need no more help, lol
