Cooler air temps = more power to the engine as well. Nal, I'm off on thursday but gotta work on friday. Don't know if I'm going to the track. I have to call Vince at Trifecta cause I don't think the tune took hold properly.

raynrishad how do you like the tune so far though?

I said screw it, and ordered Trifectas new tune. I hope everything goes well. SCT is awesome but I want more power. Yakko I think if you got a Trifecta tune with all your mods you will be very very happy! You would just need to upgrade your clutch for sure!

Cavalier, I'm enjoying the tune so far! Smoother shifting even on the NLS. Nothing like seeing the boost gauge shoot up to over 20psi. I have to do some logging for Vince to see why the boost isn't holding at 22psi and he's looking into why my rev limiter hasn't changed. Even the launches are smoother. I'm quite happy.

I live in Rio Rancho waaaaaay out on Northern and Unser. Nal lives two houses down from me. So there's two of your Rio Rancho SS's OneSlow

The new one is the selectable tune. It's stock when you turn on the car, and to engage the new tune all you have to do is press the traction control botton twice (performance mode). Plus "in theory" this tune cannot be detected by the the tech 2.

Your bpv might be leaking. It's a reletivley common prob with the added boost pressure?

You know... I may have the new tune O.o I havn't run it in comp mode yet...

Any idea how I check that, Yakko? And how did the call with Vince go?

Update. Vince and I are trading off emails, he's basically tinkering with my car. It does not have the Rev limiter installed, but is currently working on it. Also, may install the new update for the Comp Mode. He's also going to try turning the PSI output up on my turbo. Barometric temps do cause problems with us at higher altitudes, so we shall see what Vince can do for me!!!

In theory you would need to figure out a way to cap off the system at both ends and the. Put a know amount of air pressure in the system and watch psi loss on a gauge lol. I'm prob waaay far of but that's my guess haha.

And I havnt got back from cali yet so I havnt talked to Vince yet.

Vince had said he was talking to another NM guy named Billy. I had assumed it was you, Yakko, since you had shown a lot of interest.
