not 100%, but when i got my truck smogged last, he said that they are makeing the intake illegal on smog work ans its supposed to be a street raceing modification

if you look deep it should state whats legal and what is not.

Cold Air intakes must have a C. A. R. B. sticker or tag attached to then in order for then to be street legal in Cali.
