i ordered the shorty header 3 weeks ago. and ive been sending emails through your website but im getting no response. please me me on when the header will go out its much appreciated.

 

I'm going to order more black boxes to get them out to you guys, the problem is people rent them and then never send them back so we've had to put a limit on how long you can rent them for (60 days max)

If we didn't already respond to you, Bad Mab is out of the flanges for the headers and we're waiting on them to come in so they can make more headers. Let me know if you want to cancel the order and I'll refund you.

 

I just got my tune. Definitely recommend getting trifecta tune from BNR!! I had few issues getting tune uploaded even thought it was 9 pm they answered to my questions and got it fixed. Did test drive car felt amazing! Data logging was the best part. Thanks a lot.

Anyone else not having any luck with datalogs? I've been waiting since April 17th for mine. Not very impressed, I understand there are probably a lot of tunes but when I got my tune they said it could take up to a week on non critical issues, now I'm at almost 3 weeks and my car likes to randomly almost die.

 

I placed my order exactly 40 days ago and their black box cable shows back ordered ever since. At that point I'll probably won't have a tune till next summer.

 

yeah we're having some trouble getting a hold of more black boxes because they are legacy hardware at this point... I have 3 but they are all rented out

 

aren't the rentals 60 days?? For some reason that's in my head and I cant find anywhere else.

 

yeah 60 days max on the rentals. Used to be 30 days but people felt that was unfair
