New Retrofit Sale! - BuyHIDs.com
Are you using the correct screws? The ones TRS send are tiny philips heads. at least Ive never seen the big flat head heads. I will talk to them and let them know the screws are a tad to big. Also you need to run the wires through the bottom the he headlights by drilling a hole or cut a slit in the rubber boot or thats prob going to leak
lol all i was asking was if you had to run the wires for the highs/halos thu the hedlight by dilling a hole or cutting a slit in the rubber grommet on your old set or retros you were selling
why are your retros $429 when u can buy the ,mini kit for 80-90$ on ebay and hid kit from ddm tuning for $30 and some brains to seal and aim the lights + 12 color matched paint.
blows my mind
blows my mind
^ Why is anything more expensive when a professional does it? If you can do it, then do it. If you need help, you pay more. You don't pay someone for what they do, you pay them for what they know.
Yes the bulbs are siting too far away and you need to use a PAN head screw not the screws you are currently using.
I can see in the top photo that the retainer is touching the plastic housing.
Tighten down the projector more and trim more plastic, then you should be able to use the proper screws that came with the projectors.

Some guy just brought HIDs in to our shop from DDM tuning.... lasted 10 mins and they fried. DDM told him that we were supposed to check his battery voltage before installing... but he never told us to so hes SOL
Why buy a new LNF when you can build a 2.2 to some ungodly amount of hp for half the price?
Miss my 2.2L Should have kept it!
i had ddm tunings hids in my old 2.2 for over a year with no problems.
and i did buy a lnf 2009 for only $13k
so that blows ur theory
Hey Mike would you recommend using an RTV or black silicone on the back of the bulb to seal off the light that leaks thrugh or no
