That's a good question. I'd personally like to see a dyno comparison of this CAI vs. the Airbox Mod. Be interesting to see if the difference between the two is more than just sound and looks...

Beyond a 2.9" pulley is where you will see the gains, as the SC is creating a much more demanding vacuum.

Beyond that...

Maybe it's just him and I, but I love that part!

The GB will start on april 7th and end on the 11th so you will have 5 days to get your $100 deposit in. Then we will count up how many purchases are confirmed and release the final price.

Hey man,

I appreciate your thoughts on the RAW CAI. I guess I'm just getting over cautious with age. I've trusted my "butt dyno" too long only to be disappointed with the real results and a CAI is a typical product like this.

I'm not saying that the RAW doesn't make more power, it just might, but I'm saying that I'm a little more doubtful just because of how well our current stock tubing flows with an aftermarket filter. With that being said, I can definitely see how the larger (diameter) intake would help with a smaller pulley.

In the end, who knows. I may still go for this, I just need to decide what I want more.

Sorry, STFT and LTFT? I know that has something to do with fuel mapping, just not familiar with what it exactly means...

STFT = Short term fuel trim
LTFT = Long term fuel trim

We never thought it would hit 30 thats why the drastic drop in price. Sorry but no chance of it getting any cheaper we are already hacking chunks off the price. This maybe the only time this intake goes for this cheap.

They will have to be made but we will be starting them ahead of time to minimize the wait time. It shouldnt take as long as it has in the past this time around because we have help thins time.

We will be going down the list so if you are at the bottom you will recieve it last but we are hoping to have the first intakes out 2-3weeks after the GB ends and the rest out in 1-2 weeks following.
