David, the owner of Stance was not fully satisfied with the way the rears were. Apparently stance is doing some more tweaking on the rear coilovers, I feel like that is good news than bad but it is making this stretch longer.

More good news is that the front struts with the camber/caster plates worked out very very well...and are nicely done!!!

I will have David, the owner of stance put something up here so you guys hear it form the source and not hate the messenger

I'm interested to see the fronts to see what changes were made compared to Matt's current set.

I dont hate the messenger but this is insanely bad, taking the order money so far in advance to run into all these delays. Not mad but it is kinda frusterating , ill give a couple days for pics and a explanation from stance...before i make any decisions.

better done right than having a bad taste on the customer be
cause of **** not goin right, i know its frustrating being the
customer but on a business stand point rather be
sure you bring a great product.

Bad taste? Take a look when this started, if I had spent money on these as these guys have there'd be more than a bad taste. This seriously is ridiculous. I mean presumably people have spent money and there hasnt even been install pics......no firm specs.....changes are getting done and noone can really explain why.......perpetual delays.

I really give credit to the guys involved with this as customers......I'd have been flipping the f*ck out by now

(In case people cant remember or dont care to look.....this started in February and were supposed to be ready in March....it will be July in a week)

Pretty close to it , thats why im giving it just a couple more days for pics. Im sure i will do business with THMotorsports sometime in the future, but stance was a big let down. Unless these are gods gifts to cobalts.

and getting irate over this is why companies stop giving 2 shizzz about coustomer service. Too many people get irate over stuff. As with any new product that is in development. When you buy into something this early you HAVE to expect there to be hickups and bumps along the way. I'd say these things will be ready to go by july IMO. Which doesnt bother me one bit. I was expecting delays, planned for it actually.

I just wanna see pics, i dont have a problem waiting if i see progress. Im hearing progress but not seeing it. Also no way if they have to come from japan and get through customs will these be ready by July maybe towards the middle and end of it at best.

Customer service is the issue here it would take 1 install pic even if its the first version they did and simple updates. If THMotorsports is that close to Stance, this should be an easy task. Noone is saying OMG thM sucks ill never buy from them ever again, so... thats not an issue.

HERE YOU GO!!!! MY CAR IS DIRTY AS CAN BE IN THESE PICS. THIS WAS DURING THE BUFFALO WINTER AND THIS IS NOT BY ANY MEANS THE FINAL SET OF THESE COILOVERS!!!

The orange plate is the origional. The silver plate is the first updated set. I DO NOT have the new plates they came out with. The rear will obviously be different as well. Not sure as to how much but since they are changing it once again I'm sure it will be some what.

I hope that this is enough "customer service" to satisfiy you for a while. I understand it's frustrating trust me. I've had my car apart multiple times for this and still don't have the final product. While it is frustrating at times to wait for enexpected delays you have to remember that Stance is just trying to put out the best possible product, the first time.
