Cool 2008 SS/TC Spring help

I am getting ready to make the purchase however, i needed some help with what type of springs to get. I don't want to hurt stock performance but i would like to slightly lower the car. "Springs Only" Is this even possible? If so what are some brand names? Thanks for the help in advance!

Very possible. All brands of springs I know of will not hurt perfomance, just ride quality.

So far I have been impressed with Pedders on the SS/TC

I personally have Eibachs on my LS and have loved them since day 1. Huge handling improvement but your ass feels everything you hit on the road

Pedders or Eibach Sportlines IMO

Pedders for performance (1" lowering)
Sportlines for lowering (2-2.5" Lowering)

What is your experience with ride quality? I am looking to lower it maybe 1" nothing crazy. I just hate how jacked up the back end is. I'm sure some springs out there can hurt ride quality. So you trust Pedders? I will research them thanks!

I helped another Indy SS/TC owner put his on and he loves the drop. Havent really discussed the difference in performance yet tho.

I'll ask him if I can post a pick of his car. gimme a sec

How much do they lower the car? I found two part numbers

220007 - rear
220006 - front

They have no specs on how much it drops the car.

The website you posted "www.TurboTechRacing.com" < ------- 360$ for the springs. GREAT DEAL! would be close to 420 if you buy them from Pedder yourself
