I don't understand what good a coil over spring would do for you, unless you had the the rest of the coil overs.
don't buy them, won't do you any good. besides I did a quik check at tom motorsports.com, I didn't see anything for the balt, not even coilovers.

It sucks,how can you imagine to pay 99$ for ajustable springs when a good set of normal springs cost about 250$.It also seems to be really poor quality parts the 3/4 of the stuff sold on ebay

I don't know what to say about those. I would have to drive or ride in a Cobalt that had them to realy know. Here is a pic of them either way! I love my Sportlines though.

From personal experience I would avoid buying anything to do with your suspension on ebay. You never know what your gonna really get and suspension's the one thing you dont want to cheap out on. I bought a pair of coilovers for my old car that looked name brand and they made me hate driving my car.
