Only thing i keep worrying about for now is the height difference between the driver and passenger rear, its about a half inch difference. God i hope that goes away when they settle, doesn't go to the shop till Saturday and i really hope they don't find something wrong

Dude the rear of my car is a tiny bit different on each side too.. I've been lowered for a year and two months now, and it's still like that.

It's fine, no reason to worry.

Solution? date a heavy chick

Haha, just kidding. Like was said earlier, have them check to make sure the spring is seated correctly into the top hat bearing as well as the lower strut "cup". If the spring isn't oriented correctly for whatever reason, it can be as much as 3/4" higher on that side.

Try pulling the wheel off and see if the spring is seated correctly.

There is no possible way to **** up the back unless you are brain dead.. And if the front is messed up, all you have to do is stick your hand under the well and check to see the spring is seated on the strut correctly, like make sure the end of the spring is butted up against the strut cups, top and bottom.

It's a 10 minute check, if that.

Maybe they installed that **** upside down? The word "Sportline" should be right side up on the spring.

The front struts were already done before I brought it to be installed and the other car they were on for like less then a year sat perfectly fine, all I know is by the end of the week that car will be sitting properly lol. It's only been a day I have only driven the car 5 km and it's driving me nuts lol

ok so i went and pulled it into the garage at my parents, pulled out the tape measure and its 1/2 " difference.

its 1 1/2" gap from fender to tire on the drivers side and 2" on the passenger side. Also measured fender to out edge of rim and fender to ground, comes to 1/2" difference each time. Just to make sure its not uneven tire wear.

Im aggrivated right now... I was so pumped to have springs in my car and now theres something fucked. Im thinkin the shop fucked up cuz when i called them he said it was easy but he had an issue getting the rears in, im like wtf? how do you have an issue with the ******* rear ones?

yes and im not calling you a liar on that part. But your saying they wont hyrdoplane just because their just above the wear lines? Thats what im trying to say, really worth risking that nice new paint job?

Lmao.. How in the good lord's name could they have trouble with the rears.. It's a single bolt and it falls down.. Put the spring on and plop the bolt back in..

you can hydroplane in any tire, im saying theres nothing to indicate to me that they need to be replaced yet, above wear line and legal limit.... so why would i replace tires that are technically still good?
