Bad shock/strut??

Alright i did some googling on the topic and notice a trend (on other platforms of cars) that cars that are lowered on Sportlines end up with blow shocks/struts. Guess what im riding on?!?!?!

Anywho, I take you back to square 1. I bought the car with roughly 26k miles on it and it was already lowered on these Sportlines. I currently have around 42k miles. It has a bouncy and rough ride but that comes with lowering springs.

Rewind to a few months ago. I had a clutch installed at a shop and my car was on a lift for about 2 whole days (other stuff was being installed too). At the same time we also installed OTTP Stage 2 Tranny mounts per the How-To on here. Get it all buttoned up and lower the car and i drive to go get a front end alignment. And in doing so im getting a clunking type noise from the front end and what seems like the passenger side (i can feel the impact on the pedals slightly) My steering feels sloppy as well. Got it aligned and the steering still feels like its all over the place. Almost like i was in bad ruts. Still a clunking noise. Ive had it up in the air numerous times to check if all the steering and suspension parts are tight and nothing moves (by hand anyway). Could i have a blown front passenger shock? after sitting for 2 days decompressed then being compressed...could it be blown? I have tried pressing down on the fender and it makes a noise but not like when im driving (not enough weight/force?).

If it is blown Im not TOO worried about it since I have some KSport coilovers on the way at some point this decade.

Overview for the lazy readers:

Atleast 20k on sportlines (maybe more)>Clutch&mount installed and get a clunking noise from pass front> all suspension/steering/brake parts are tight> Blown shock?

Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

Check your control arm bushings and sway bar end links and if you're not an SS (FE5) upgrade your sway bar end links to at least the stock FE5 (shorter than the FE1)

See if you can pull the link and make it come out of the socket at all, if your not sure you can unbolt them and drive the car if it goes away its them.
