Camber issue with springs

I don't remember the lat time I started a thread, and I know there are tons of Pedders threads.

Sooooo, just a few answers from ppl who have Pedders installed on TC's...and we can be done.

Do they throw the car off camber?
They are performance springs, so adding springs and spacers do improve and don't have any issues......camber wise?

Thanks

Never measured the stock camber. With the Pedders on it is -1.2* on one side and -1.3* on the other.

They do if you lower them more than 2.5" or so.

Peddars offer a moderate drop, so camber changes will be minimal. I never got an alignment after installing my Progress springs and I haven't noticed any abnormal tire wear.

It gives the slightest bit of Neg camber but not enough to eat up tires on the inner portion. A wee bit of negative camber is a good thing.

x 2 good advice especially on pedders re set toe and go (oh and rack spacers lol)

figured I would explain. Put camber to one side for the moment.

As you lower the car with springs, the trim height changes the wheel travels up and as it does so it pulls the tie rods in.
As the car has trailing tie rods (behind the axle centerline ) the wheels go to toe out. If you raise the rack with spacers of the correct thickness, and you assume your toe was perfect before you put the springs in (say zero for arguments sake) then change to Pedders, insert rack spacer, and alignment will be exactly the same, all things being equal.....

good plan. you car will work best at zero toe, no junk in the trunk when its done, make sure they set tire pressures correctly when its done its all in the details...
