Combat Torque Steer.
Combat Torque Steer.
There are many factors resulting in TS. Here's an idea that will lessen that. I have replaced my stock rubber leading control arm bushings for some stiffer plastic type bushings yesterday and it had make a big difference. On a new paved road almost nonexistent but some on uneven older surface. You can get an idea for what I am referring to by looking at John's CAB thread, you can see the white trailing bushing in the first pic. Mind are similar that I'd machined myself. If you ask, John may sell you a set of his? And I do have his CAB on my CA.
i dont find our cars torque steer when the suspension is all in good condition. that being said a set of powell rear CABs stop the problem of those wearing and causing torque steer.

If you're talking about the ones that attach to the sub frame, I believe those are called leading cabs or LCABs. TCABs are the round trailing ones that are pressed into the control arms.

Anything John Powell will help the car with whatever its designed to do. I had the tcabs and they were night and day difference along with every other part i bought from him
Yeah my bad-I was confusing t cabs with l cabs. The l cabs were the ones I don't have but always wondered if they would make any difference. Was thinking John told me that the factory ones rarely wear out enough to change them.
