Plan on having all 4 hubs and rotors drilled out to the new bolt pattern. Then for extra piece of mind you should really have some backup washers made and tack welded onto the back of the hub for where your new studs will go through. This would be a good idea because where the stock sutds go through the hubs they are thicker than the rest of the hub.

You can thank qwikredline for taking some pics and drawing out some bolt patterns for that last bit of info.

Cobalt hub with 5x114.3(4.5") PCD layed out

View of hub backside, notice reinforcing area around studs

Here we have some sexy PFC Direct Drive, Floating GAC spec rotor drilled with the GA hubd and stud pattern as well as the 110 pattern(unused holes are the larger pattern, notice the center bore is too large for hub, this is why you need to drill out your rotors to fit on GrandAm hubs)

Bringing it back from the dead, any chance Powell RaceShop or any other distributor would be willing to produce a run of re-drilled hubs? I'm sure we could stir up enough interest on CSS alone to make it worth while.

they won't re-drill them because of the lack of reinforcement there.

i believe so.

I saw a picture somewhere of the LSJ, G6, LNF knuckles all lined up. the G6GXP uses same caliper as SS/SC according to maven here in this thread.

Yes...however due to the lack of reinforcement of the hub in that location it wouldn't exactly be safe.
