WELL i went to a local shop here in the area and they said they where giving me the best prices possible on springs so here is what it is

flat rate charge of 150 in labor and 69.95 to align my car after

and

for h&r sport springs 203 and drop is 1.5 back /1.4 front

eibach pro kit 229 and the drop is 1.6 back /front 1.4

im really leaning twards the h&r's
